Time Change = Time, for a Change

I love it when we get to set the clocks back one hour in the fall. I love the feeling of getting more sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and when I got back to bed I glanced at the clock and saw that it was only 3:00am. I smiled to myself thinking that it really should b 4:00am. It was also Sunday, so that means time to sleep in. Fabulous!
DH and I went to Breakfast at Fantasy Cafe and Burger this morning. It’s a little local place where the menu is made up of lots of “homemade” goods - omelettes, french toast, salads, and burgers. They’ve also got mexican food on the menu, as well as chicken kebobs and gyros. You can liken it to a lof of those Greek run burger joints, where there are lots of random things on the menu. It was okay - not too salty but not too tasty either. Oh well, we tried it, but I doubt we’ll go there again.
Today we are going to see CMC at her yearly Cheerleading showcase. That little girl is amazing - only 9 years old, and she already knows all sorts of flips and twists and jumps. And because she’s so petite, she’s the “flyer”, which means they throw her in the air, she’s at the top of the pyramid, etc.
